2. Provide Details: Share your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant information. We would love your feedback on any difficulties you have faced. Our team will guide you through the next steps. Returns are accepted with no questions asked.

3. Send the Product Back: Once your return is approved, kindly send the product back to the address provided by our customer service team. Ensure the product is in its original packaging (even if opened).

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payments within 3-5 business days.

At Wiping Hub, we want you to have your order as soon as possible, so we ship most orders within 24 hours. Our business hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.

There are no minimum orders at Wiping Hub - order a single bag or pallet, and we are happy to send you exactly what you need. We accept payments through Cards, PayPal, and other options you can find during the check out.

Most orders will be dispatched through UPS. Larger orders may be shipped via an LTL carrier.

We ship all our products to FOB origin. The shipment / freight charges will be displayed to you during the checkout. You can even have an estimate of your delivery charges in your shopping cart.
